Värendsleden is a long canoe trail through Mörrumsåns sjösystem in the heart of Småland, from the Asas lake on the Southern Sweden highlands down through crackdal lakes and on towards the nasty National Park Lake Åsnen. A classic sea system with varied paddling.
Trail switches between narrow forest-caused lakes in the north and large, ear-like remotes in the south. Along the way there are a large number of pre-planned camp sites. Rent canoe and kayak at the Åsnen at Getnö Gård. Bring a map, plan the day stages and always wear the life jacket.
