Nåttarö Farm & Resort rents kayak on the island of Nåttarö in Stockholms södra skärgård, south of Nynäshamn. The island is reached by ferry and is a popular excursion destination with sandy beaches, caves and nature reserves.
What they offer
You rent single (K1) and double kayak (K2) through the port office, from three-hour tours to 24-hour and weekly rent. Maps are available to borrow. From here you paddle among islands and bays in the soft southern archipelago, with the farm as a base for overnight stay.
Good to know
The archipelago water can become wind-prone outside the protected bays – stay close to the land if you are above, check the weather and always carry the life jacket.
