Vikebotton is a put-in in Årjäng, in the classic paddle area Nordmarkens sjösystem in western Värmland. A good point to launch a canoe for tours between the lakes.

From here you reach Nordmarken’s linked lakes with short portages in between. Rent a canoe or kayak at Nordmarkens Kanot Center, which also arranges transport between start and finish. Coordinates: 59.3495, 12.0936.

Respect allemansrätten and any landowner at the put-in and parking. Bring a map – the lake system is large.
