Härån kanotled starts in Svenarum in Vaggeryd Municipality and follows the river down towards Värnamo in western Småland. It is an easy, varied route through beautiful country, with reasonable distances between the portages.
The route offers good fishing and rich birdlife. Rent a canoe in the area, for example at Värnamo Camping. Check the water level and any portages, and always wear a life jacket.
