Tämnaråns kanotled follows Tämnarån from lake Tämnaren towards the sea at Karlholm in northern Uppland. A quiet river route through deciduous forest and farmland in northern Uppland.

The river is still and suits less experienced paddlers too, but count on portages and keep an eye on the water level. Bring a map and always wear a life jacket.
