Kalmar Kanotklubb is at Norra Fjärden just north of central Kalmar in Småland and rents open canoes to the public. The club is an approved canoe centre with Svenska Kanotförbundet.

Here you rent an open canoe to paddle Kalmarsund and the surrounding sounds and bays – a fine way to see the city and coast from the water. The rental is open to everyone, not only members.
Good to know
Kalmarsund is open and can get windy – stay close to shore and in sheltered bays if you are new to it, check the weather and always wear a life jacket.
