Kanot Center Svanskog is in Svanskog in Säffle municipality, southern Värmland. They rent canoe and kayak for trips in Värmland's lake-rich south-west corner and are an approved canoe centre with Svenska Kanotförbundet.
What they offer
They rent open canoes (Linder Inkas) and sea kayaks (Seabird Expedition) with more than twenty ready-made trip suggestions and your own route planning. The hire includes paddle, life jacket, dry bags, map and GPS files, transport to and from the routes, and one free camping night on a multi-day hire.
Good to know
The lake water is mostly calm and suits less experienced paddlers too, but the distances can be long – plan day stages to match your ability, bring a map and always wear a life jacket.
