Mälarpiraterna Kanotcentral is in Sigtuna on Mälaren in Uppland and rents canoe, kayak and SUP to the public. The canoe club runs it and it is an approved canoe centre with Svenska Kanotförbundet.
What they offer
You rent single and double kayaks, SUP and canoe by two hours, four hours or a full day. They also offer canoe berths for locals and group bookings including dragon boat for companies and schools. From here you paddle out into Mälaren and Garnsviken.
Good to know
Mälaren is large and can get windy over open water – stay in sheltered bays if you are inexperienced, check the weather and always wear a life jacket.
